Florence Redelback has over 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications and information technology industry. Florence started their career as a Client Relationship Manager at TELUS Communications in 1997 and worked there until 2002. Florence then joined TELUS Communications again in 2007 as a Client Service Manager and later became an Account Representative. In 2011, they transitioned to IT Solution Sourcing Inc. as an Account Executive, where they focused on brokering Telecom and IT services. In 2016, they moved to Clearwest Solutions Inc. as a Corporate Account Manager, specializing in TELUS solutions. After that, they worked as a Regional Service Manager at Combat networks, now known as Netagen, and is currently serving as the Client Relationship Manager at Netagen. Throughout their career, Florence has consistently prioritized customer service and aimed to meet the unique needs of each client.
