Serge Pednault has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry, spanning over 20 years. Serge started their career at Norigen Communications as a Pre-Sales Technical Design Specialist from 2000 to 2001. Serge then joined Primus Canada as a Technical Design Specialist and Interim Voice Product Manager from 2002 to 2004. Serge then worked at Cygnal Technologies as a Pre-Sales Technical Design Specialist from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Bell Canada as a Technical Consultant for Avaya Business Solutions until 2009. Serge then joined Connex as a Pre-Sales Technical Design Specialist from 2009 to 2010. Serge then worked at TD Insurance as a Senior Technical Consultant CCV from 2010 to 2011. After that, Serge joined TELUS as a Design Specialist II, CPS Pre Sales Technical Design from 2011 to 2012. Serge then worked at Connex Quebec as a Solution Design Manager from 2012 to 2013, where they managed large governmental RFPs and built a regional Solution Design team. Currently, Serge Pednault is working at Netagen as a National Project Manager, a position they have held since 2015.

Serge Pednault completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, from 1991 to 1994. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include an Associate's Certificate in Project Management from McMaster University in January 2017, AVST Certified Sales Engineering Specialist from AVST in June 2016, Nortel Certified Design Specialist release 5.5 from Nortel Networks in 2009, Convergence Technology Professional from TIA (Telecommunications Industry Association) in 2006, Avaya Professional Design Specialist certifications in various areas such as Customer Experience Management, Midmarket Solutions, Networking, Radvision/Scopia, and Unified Communications from Avaya in 2015, and Avaya Professional Sales Specialist certification in Unified Communications from Avaya in October 2014.
