Steven Harris is a skilled UC Systems Engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications. Currently employed at Netagen since March 2015, Steven specializes in supporting and upgrading various IP telephony systems, including Avaya IP Office, 3CX, and Emetrotel UCX. Prior to this role, Steven served as a Senior Technician at Alpha Telecom, where responsibilities included remote system support and configuration of communication devices. With a foundational background as a Telecom Analyst at Thomas Cook and as a Senior Field Support Technician at TRG Customer Solutions, Steven has developed a comprehensive expertise in voice and data solutions, troubleshooting hardware, and operating systems.
