José Oliveira Jr.

José Oliveira Jr. is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as CTO and CPO at Caf and as an Executive Partner and Board Member at Finly Tech. With a robust history in engineering leadership, José has previously held senior roles at Nubank, where responsibilities included leading the global mobile app experience and managing core banking solutions across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. At iti Itaú, José was instrumental in launching a new bank, directing a team of over 600 engineers. José's career has also included advisory and investment roles at various companies, as well as a strong educational background, including degrees from INSEAD and a Master's in Business Administration from Ibmec.
