The mills are supported with multiple bright annealing furnaces capable of producing annealing thicknesses as low as .002″ (.005cm) and multiple slitting units that process a wide range of coil widths and weights. Multiple tension levelers can ensure flatness measurements as low as one I unit on annealed or full-hard materials. In addition, the tension leveler can process coils as large as 900 PIW (16kg/mm) for long production runs. Sycamore location manufactures high quality wire, bar, straightened & cut lengths and shaped wire in an extensive range of Nickel and Cobalt based alloys and special stainless steel grades.
