Gustav Blomgren is a Computational Engineer at Combitech Sverige, involved in projects for Saab Dynamics since August 2023. Prior to this role, Gustav served as Chief Engineer for the LiU Formula Student team from September 2020 to August 2023, overseeing the technical aspects of the ER23 project and managing the technical team leaders. Gustav also held the position of Team Leader for the Aerodynamics Team during the ER22 project and worked as a Design Manufacturing Engineer for the ER21 car. Additionally, Gustav completed a master thesis at Saab focusing on structural responses to underwater detonations in early 2023 and gained experience as a trainee at Saab in mid-2022. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Linköping University and a Teknik degree from Platen Gymnasiet.
