Magnus Bäck

Magnus Bäck has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries, with a focus on human resources and recruitment. Magnus is currently the Executive Vice President & Head of HR at Combitech Sverige, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President & Head of HR Business Area Industrial Products Services at Saab from August 2017. Before joining Saab, Magnus worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at FRA - Försvarets radioanstalt from June 2012 to August 2017.

Earlier in their career, Magnus gained significant experience in recruitment and executive search at Andersson & Korn, where they were a Headhunter, Senior Partner, and Owner from May 2006 to May 2012. Magnus also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Fox Technologies from June 2002 to May 2006, where they were responsible for establishing HR functions and providing HR support to employees in multiple countries.

Between April 1998 and July 2002, Magnus held the position of Senior Nordic HR Manager at RSA Security, where they established a HR department and implemented corporate HR processes. Magnus also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at IDG from November 1996 to April 1998, where they were responsible for the entire recruiting process and establishing IDG/Recruiting in the Swedish market.

Magnus began their career as a Placement Agent at Stockholm County Labor Board, where they worked from April 1991 to November 1996. Overall, Magnus Bäck brings a wealth of HR and recruitment expertise to their current role at Combitech Sverige.

Magnus Bäck completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Labor Relations & Personnel Management from Linköping University, specializing in Psychology. Magnus pursued this education from 1987 to 1991.
