Earlier in their career, Dustin worked at C² Technologies as a Senior Human Capital Consultant from February 2005 to October 2013. Dustin progressed through various roles and led a team of consultants in developing and implementing human capital solutions for clients. Their projects encompassed areas such as job analysis, competency modeling, performance management, program evaluation, assessment, workforce planning, leadership development, and HR policy.
Dustin started their career as an I/O Psychologist at Navy Selection and Classification from November 2003 to January 2005. In this role, they assisted in research and analysis related to selection and training processes for the United States Navy SEALS.
