Mark Carter

Mark Carter is a highly experienced IT professional with a diverse background in risk analysis, consulting, and system engineering. Currently, Mark serves as a Senior IT Risk Analyst and Vice President at Comerica Bank since August 2014, following a tenure as a Senior Consultant at Creative Breakthroughs, Inc., where Mark was responsible for designing and installing enterprise security systems. As the Owner and Operator of Carter's Computer Consulting since March 1993, Mark specializes in installing and maintaining IBM-compatible systems for small businesses. Previous roles include various positions at Kelly Services, where Mark developed standard configurations for enterprise systems and provided extensive technical support. Mark also has military experience with the United States Army and Army Reserve. Mark holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Management Information Systems from Oakland University.
