Later, they became a Manager in M&A Transaction Services, specializing in financial due diligence for a range of contexts including M&A, Carve-out, Joint Ventures, Spin off, and Refinancing. Antoine supervised teams and managed projects for mid-size and large corporate clients as well as private equity funds.
In 2012, Antoine briefly worked as a Business Analyst at Bouygues Construction and as a Chartered Accountant intern at Dba, Groupe d'audit, d'expertise comptable et de conseil in 2010.
Antoine Bordalis attended EDC Paris Business School from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Finance & Accounting.
