Valente has a strong background in HR operations and shared services, having held leadership positions at EmblemHealth, Hartford HealthCare, The World Bank Group, and GMAC. Expertise includes oversight of HRIS technology, payroll, compliance, and service delivery across global organizations. Valente also has experience in human capital management consulting and holds a Master of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from La Salle University.
