Tim Page

Tim Page is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the mechanical contracting industry. Currently serving as President of Ivey Nashville at Comfort Systems USA since December 2021, Tim previously held the role of President for the Nashville Business Unit at Ivey Mechanical Company, which Tim joined in April 2015. Tim was also the Principal and Founder of Optimech, LLC, a design-build mechanical contractor, from March 2006 until its acquisition by Ivey Mechanical in 2015. Earlier in his career, Tim served as Vice President of the Design Build National Division at Stanley Jones Corporation, where significant fiscal oversight and technical leadership were provided for a $40M profit center. Tim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
