Shane Waters

Shane Waters has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Shane began their career at Sams Club in 2005, where they worked as Floor Personnel, Tire Service Tech, and Check Out Supervisor. Shane then joined Discount Tire as an Apprentice Tech and Salesman, responsible for tire maintenance and inventory management. In 2007, they transitioned to 24 Hour Fitness as a Personal Trainer and Sales representative, excelling in meeting sales goals and client fitness goals.

Shane then took on the role of General Maintenance Worker at Ginn Group in 2008, where they supervised tree trimming crews and performed various maintenance tasks. Shane also gained experience as a Lead Warehouse Technician at MULTILIFT in 2017, responsible for building and pressure testing wellbore tools.

In 2013, Shane joined National Oilwell Varco, initially working as a BOP Stack Tester & BOP Stack Assembler, where they followed safety guidelines and assembled stack structural components. Shane later transitioned to the role of Production Control Coordinator, where they ensured accurate material orders and built work orders to specification. Shane also handled quality control measures and coordinated with engineering teams for any required changes. Shane served as a Senior Lead/Supervisor during their time at National Oilwell Varco as well.

Most recently, Shane served as the Operations Supervisor and Field Service Technician at Comitt Well Solutions LLC, where they supervised employees in preparing down hole drilling tools and conducted research and development testing with the engineering team. Shane also built and pressure tested assemblies and ensured job preparations were carried out efficiently.

In 2020, Shane briefly owned and operated Texan Clean Pressure Washing before pursuing other opportunities.

Shane Waters attended CyRidge High School from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their Diploma. No specific field of study was mentioned.
