Erman Tepe is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Commencis since February 2018, Erman has held the position of Senior Lead Engineer as well. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Specialist at Asseco South Eastern Europe, Nomad Commerce, and Akbank, where Erman contributed significantly to various projects. Earlier positions include software consultancy at Akbank and internships focusing on software and hardware at Akbank and Comel Bilgisayar. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul University and an MBA from Okan University.
