Chandler Hess

Chandler Hess has extensive experience in fraud management and analysis, currently serving as Manager Fraud - Bankcard Data at Commerce Bank since January 2013, following a progression from Senior Fraud Analyst to Fraud Data Analyst II, Business Line Systems Analyst, Consumer Fraud Supervisor, Fraud Specialist, and Lead Teller within the same organization. Prior to this, Chandler worked at Groupon as an Account Representative and held the position of Merchandise and Promotions Manager with the Rockford IceHogs. Chandler began a career in ticket operations as an intern with the Kansas City T-Bones. Chandler holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sports and Fitness Management from The University of Kansas, earned in 2007.
