Jarett Fickbohm

Jarett Fickbohm has accumulated extensive experience in talent management and student engagement, currently serving as a Talent Management Support Specialist and previously as a Personal Banker I at Commerce Bank since May 2017. At Missouri State University, Jarett has been active on the Financial Aid Advisory Board and has contributed as a Graduate Assistant for the Office of Student Engagement. Jarett's involvement in student governance includes roles as Chief Information Officer and Director of Student Affairs within the Student Government Association from 2019 to May 2022, ensuring advocacy and support for student needs. Leadership capabilities are further demonstrated through positions held in Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, including Vice President and President, where Jarett played a key role in organizational development and recruitment efforts. Jarett holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and a Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University.
