Joseph Hart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various roles within the banking, real estate, and food services industries. Currently serving as a Retail Learning and Development Specialist-AVP at Commerce Bank since February 2019, Joseph has also held positions such as CONNECT Location Manager, Personal Banker, and Assistant Branch Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive and Sales Assistant at Design Within Reach, as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan, and as a Manager at Baptist Health Paducah, overseeing daily operations in the food and nutrition department. Additionally, Joseph served as Assistant Director at ARAMARK, managing the correctional food service operations. Educationally, Joseph holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Technology with a focus on Interior Architecture and Design from Murray State University and also studied Vocal Music and Vocal Performance at the Governors School for the Arts.
