Mark Garcia PMP® ACSM ICP-ACC is an experienced IT Project Manager and Scrum Master currently leading multiple mid to large size projects at Commerce Bank since May 2018, focusing on Commercial Digital Projects. Previous experience includes serving as an EPMO Consultant at Hallmark Cards from March 2017 to May 2018, where responsibilities included consulting and coaching to enhance project delivery. Mark also dedicated time to self-improvement in Project Management between January 2016 and March 2017, achieving Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Team Supervisor certifications. A long tenure at Sprint from November 2000 to December 2015 involved various roles including Product Development Engineer and Project Manager, overseeing product launches and project management initiatives. Mark began a career at Hallmark Cards in 1996, managing technical support for field sales representatives. Mark holds a BSBM degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
