Neal Maddy

Neal Maddy, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Accountant - Corporate Tax at Commerce Bank since May 2022, specializing in the preparation of federal and state tax payments, sales tax returns, and tax provisions for multiple companies. Previously, at BKD CPAs & Advisors, Neal was a State and Local Tax Consultant, focusing on state tax returns and presenting tax guidance on cryptocurrency. Prior experience includes roles at Plante Moran, where Neal prepared due diligence reports and federal tax returns, as well as at the Arizona Department of Revenue, conducting audits and tax assessments. Neal's career began with internships at PwC and Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, gaining essential experience in trust taxation and auditing. Neal holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
