Ray Delano

Ray Delano has over 25 years of work experience in healthcare product management, development, and strategy. Ray is currently the Vice President of Healthcare Product Management/Development at Commerce Bank, where they oversee the development of healthcare products. Prior to that, they worked at Cerner Corporation for 23 years, holding various roles including Director of Revenue Cycle and Sr. Strategist. In these positions, they were responsible for product strategy, team leadership, and solution design. Before joining Cerner Corporation, they worked as a Medical Technologist at the Department of Veteran Affairs Hospital, where they had expertise in various areas of laboratory testing and barcode design.

Ray Delano earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences from Eastern Michigan University, studying there from 1989 to 1995. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in June 2017, and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in April 2020.
