Teri Aragon

Teri Aragon currently serves as the Senior Manager for Learning and Workforce Strategy at Commerce Bank, a position held since March 2016, and has held various roles including Business Transformation Program Manager and Retail Sales & Customer Experience Manager. Prior to Commerce Bank, Teri served as Regional Manager and Senior Vice President at PNC, where responsibility included overseeing retail branch operations and customer experiences in the St. Louis County area. Teri also contributed as Adjunct Faculty for Central Methodist University's Adult Degree Program and held the position of Contract Director at the Institute for Professional Development, managing enrollment and marketing for the division. Earlier in career at Bank of America, Teri was the Consumer Market Executive and Senior Vice President, overseeing multiple retail banking centers and associates. Teri holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baker University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Missouri State University.
