Ian Kitchen has been in the food and beverage industry since 2013. Ian started at Central Market as a Cheesemonger and Inventory Lead, where they created efficient processes for monthly inventory and educated staff and clients on products to encourage sales growth. In 2014, they moved to Bedford Cheese Shop as the Director Of Wholesale And Orders. In 2018, they became the Events Manager for Kings County Distillery. In 2019, they joined ResveratrolCR, Inc as the Operations and Branding Manager. Currently, they are the Brand Manager for Commerce Canal.
Ian Kitchen attended Austin Community College from 2005 to 2009, studying Visual Communications.
