Mina Harvey

Mina Harvey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving as Customer Service Manager - SSO at CIB Egypt since January 2016. In this role, Mina contributes to the bank's market share growth and maintains service quality by managing sales performance, developing business plans, and overseeing employee training and development. Previous roles include Senior Personal Banker and Senior Universal Teller, with a strong focus on customer service, sales targets, and relationship management. Before joining CIB Egypt, Mina worked as a Senior Financial Accountant at Technocom for Chemical Industries and held positions in financial control and customer care.
