Samer El-Mestekawy

Samer El-Mestekawy serves as the Head of International Expansion at CIB Egypt since September 2018, previously holding multiple roles including Chief Information Officer and Acting Chief Information Officer for CIB Kenya. With extensive experience at IBM from August 1996 to August 2018, Samer held various positions such as Egypt Banking Delivery Lead, Delivery Executive, and AMS & TIBCO Leader. Samer possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Cairo University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
