Simon Carpenter

Simon Carpenter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Director for Vehicle Solutions Europe at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc., Simon oversees operations, engineering, supply chain, procurement, and quality. Previously, at KAB Seating, Simon established a strategy for cultural refreshment aligned with core values. In prior roles, including Head of MP&L at Penso and Senior Supply Chain Manager at Optimas Solutions, Simon successfully implemented demand planning strategies and led multinational teams. Early career experience includes managing EMEA planning processes at DayMen Acquisition S.A. and demand planning for Messier-Bugatti Systems Inc. Simon began a career in logistics as a Logistics Specialist in the Royal Air Force, after completing education at King Edward VI School.
