Prior to Commerzbank, Richard worked as a Consultant at Accenture, managing the migration project for Deutsche Bank, and as a Senior Consultant at CHP Consulting, focusing on project management and financial consultancy. Richard holds an MA in Taxation from the University of London and a degree in European Studies with French & German from Aston University.
