Josee Bidal Thibault, MBA, CHRP, currently serves as the Assistant Commissioner of Operations and Business Services at the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services, a position held since June 2008, where responsibilities include oversight of operations and strategic direction in HR, IT, finance, and regulatory affairs. Prior to this role, Josee was the Director of Inquiries and Complaints, responsible for establishing complaint-handling procedures and managing the strategic HR function. Josee's extensive experience in regulatory affairs began at Bell Canada as a Manager in Regulatory Affairs, providing guidance on regulatory and privacy obligations. Josee holds a Master of Business Administration from Sprott School of Business at Carleton University and multiple certifications in human resources law and management, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Law from Carleton University.
