Chris Clement currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Commit Consulting, a role commenced in August 2023 following the company’s rebranding from Altura Consulting. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Vice President of Workday Business Development at Altura from May 2020 to August 2023, where the focus was on enhancing organizational capabilities. Chris's extensive experience at Mercer spanned multiple roles, including Director of AMS Delivery & Business Development, as well as Customer Success Manager and Project Manager, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and service offerings within the Workday ecosystem. Chris began a career in athletics as a student-athlete at Princeton University and gained experience through internships with Reebok and The University of Texas at Austin in marketing and compliance. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Princeton University in 2014.
