Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Accounts at Commit Consulting since September 2024, Ryan specializes in modernizing HR practices through Workday implementations and change management. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Vice President of Sales at TopBloc, focusing on Workday customer relationships, and held significant positions at Mercer, where expertise in big data and cloud services was leveraged to provide comprehensive solutions. Ryan's earlier career includes roles in HRIS analysis and employee relations, supported by a robust academic background including a Juris Doctor from the University of North Texas at Dallas and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the New York Institute of Technology.
