Bethany Neel has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Bethany started their career as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Dynamic Capital Mortgage in 2007. Bethany then worked as an Operations Analyst at MCM Capital Partners from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they joined BSI Financial Services as a Foreclosure Manager from 2010 to 2016. Bethany then returned to MCM Capital Partners as a Transaction Manager from 2016 to 2018.
In 2018, Bethany joined Morgan Stanley as a Director of Loan Operations, where they worked until 2019. Bethany then joined Common Securitization Solutions in 2020 and has held multiple roles with increasing responsibilities. Bethany started as a Manager of Securitization Operations from 2020 to 2022, then became a Business Operations Manager in Risk and Change Management from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Bethany serves as the Director of Business Operations in Risk, Governance & Compliance at Common Securitization Solutions.
Bethany Neel attended Saint Joseph's University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
