John Hickman has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. John started their career at Commerce Bank in 2000 as an Assistant Vice President in Strategic Planning & Analysis. John then worked at JP Morgan Chase as a VP in PMO & IT, followed by roles at BearingPoint as a Principal Consultant, and at The World Bank as an Executive Consultant.
In 2010, John joined Capco as a Managing Principal in Banking & Payments, and later on, they worked at Fannie Mae as a Vice President in the Securitization Program Office.
From 2015 to 2017, John worked at Valdon Group GmbH as an Executive before returning to Capco as a Managing Principal. John then joined Common Securitization Solutions in 2020 as a Senior Director in Business Development, and subsequently held roles as a Vice President in Business Development and Vice President in Product Management.

CSS is a joint venture owned by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
