Laticia Dezell Holbert

Laticia Dezell Holbert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academia and workforce development. Currently serving as an Associate Faculty Member at the University of Arizona Global Campus and a Senior Manager of Workforce Development at ComEd, Laticia has a proven track record in managing complex projects and fostering supplier diversity. Previous roles include Principal Business Program Manager and Assistant Professor at Colorado Technical University, and various teaching positions at institutions such as Ashford University and the University of Phoenix. Laticia's leadership at YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago focused on innovative program design for community empowerment, earning recognition as Instructor of the Year twice. Laticia holds an M.B.A. in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
