Chris Sherwood

Chris Sherwood is an experienced professional in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as Supplier Integration Manager at Commonwealth Fusion Systems since March 2022. Previously, Chris held the position of Sr. Director of Supply Chain at Oracle from November 2017 to January 2020, and spent nearly two decades at Cisco in various roles, including Director of Operations and Director of Supply Chain. Early career experience includes managerial positions in supply planning, manufacturing operations, and demand planning, along with a role as New Product Introduction Program Manager. Chris's military background includes serving as a Naval Officer in the US Navy aboard the USS John C. Stennis and USS Antietam from September 1995 to December 2000. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry - Chemical Physics from UC San Diego and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Chicago.
