Hae Young Lee

Hae Young Lee currently serves as the Head of Supplier Integration at Commonwealth Fusion Systems since July 2023. Previously, Hae Young Lee spent over a decade at SpaceX, concluding a role as Senior Purchasing Manager for Indirect Production, where responsibilities included managing over $800 million in annual spend, driving cost savings, and overseeing talent recruitment and development. Prior roles at SpaceX encompassed Purchasing Manager and Senior Buyer, focusing on commodity management, supplier implementation, and strategic sourcing. Hae Young Lee also held the position of General/Project Manager at Creed Consulting, overseeing construction projects valued from $80,000 to $45 million, and began a career in infrastructure and new construction development as Assistant Superintendent at Sea Pac Engineering. Hae Young Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Purdue University and an Associate of Science in Construction Management from Fullerton College.
