Michele Ross has extensive experience in administrative and program management roles, primarily focusing on nonprofit organizations and government services. Currently serving as the Information Technology Office Manager for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Michele previously held key positions at the International Institute of New England, where responsibilities included developing internship and volunteer programs, managing recruitment processes, and enhancing community partnerships.
