Tara Hong

State Representative at Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Tara Hong is a State Representative for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Tara served as a Program Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and held various positions within community organizations, including Board Member for both the Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association and Mill City Grows. Experience also includes substitute teaching for Lowell Public Schools and serving as Program Coordinator at Project LEARN Inc. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, alongside a brief attendance at Middlesex Community College and completion of a high school diploma at Lowell High School.
