Alisha Forcinio

Alisha Forcinio is an experienced Human Resources Analyst currently working in the Onboarding Unit for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since November 2021. Previous roles include Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Management Trainee. Prior to this, Alisha served as the Coordinator of Hosted Groups at the Jesuit Center for Spiritual Growth from July 2018 to March 2021, acting as a liaison for 200 clients and overseeing hosted retreats. Early career experience includes a position at Target in Logistics and Backroom, where interactions with 40-60 guests and executive managers were routine. Alisha was also an Executive Board Member for Voices at the Reading Eagle Company between 2014 and 2016. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Albright College, completed in 2021.
