Danielle A. Duckett

Danielle A. Duckett, MPA, currently serves as the Executive Policy Director for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services since April 2023. Prior to this role, Duckett was the Policy Director for State Representative Christopher M. Rabb from 2017 to April 2023. Duckett's extensive experience in the field includes serving as the Intellectual Disabilities Regional Licensing Administrator at the PA Department of Public Welfare Bureau of Human Services Licensing from 2014 to 2017, and as a Program Specialist at the Montgomery County Office of Developmental Disabilities from 2008 to 2014. Previous roles also include County Case Worker/Support Coordinator at the Montgomery County Office of Mental Health and Mental Retardation and serving as President of Montgomery County Head Start. Duckett's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Administration from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Temple University.
