Tushar Thakkar

Tushar Thakkar, PMP, has extensive experience in program management, currently serving as a Senior Program Management Consultant for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with a focus on the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and the PA SERS Retirement Benefits Agency. Responsibilities include managing multi-million-dollar technology programs utilizing the ServiceNow PPM Platform, overseeing the implementation of significant state legislation, and leading a team of 50 in the development of cloud-based applications. Previously, Tushar held senior roles at Harris Corporation and Motorola Solutions, specializing in software development and deployment for communication technologies. Tushar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
