Christine Smith is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong track record in recruiting across various sectors, including technology and corporate roles. Since March 2017, Christine has served as the Talent Acquisition Lead for the North American region at CommScope, managing a remote team of recruiters and filling over 480 roles in diverse fields such as R&D, Engineering, and IT. Prior to this, Christine held roles as a Senior Corporate IT Recruiter at CommScope, a Talent Acquisition Lead Consultant at FICO®, and a Talent Acquisition Partner at Thomson Reuters, contributing significantly to full life cycle recruiting and developing innovative strategies. Christine also has experience in operations management and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Valparaiso University.
