Daniel Reilly

Daniel Reilly is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and intellectual property. Since April 2019, Daniel has served as Deputy General Counsel for North America at CommScope, leading a team focused on various legal matters, including commercial and litigation support, trade and product compliance, and intellectual property. Prior roles include Lead Counsel at ARRIS and Ruckus, where Daniel negotiated complex supply chain agreements and provided legal counsel on compliance matters. Previously, Daniel held the position of Legal Counsel at Wawa, Inc., advising multiple departments on contractual agreements and compliance. Earlier legal experience includes work as an IP/IT Attorney at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, enhancing expertise in intellectual property. Daniel's career also encompasses engineering roles where environmental complexities were managed. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Temple University and master's and bachelor's degrees in Environmental Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and Wilkes University, respectively.
