Cathy Young

Cathy Young is an accomplished finance and product management professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at CommSec since May 2016, Cathy has held various key roles including Senior Manager of Projects and Insights and Senior Product Manager for International Trading & Derivatives. Prior to CommSec, Cathy worked at Commonwealth Bank from July 2012 to May 2016 as Senior Manager of SMSF Segment Finance and Decision Support Manager, focusing on strategic project analysis and customer profitability. Earlier career roles include Senior Commercial Analyst positions at CommSec and Optus, and Senior Decision Support Analyst at Caltex Australia, where Cathy provided vital commercial insights and performance enhancements. Cathy holds both a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from De La Salle University.
