Ellen Rataj

Ellen Rataj currently serves as VP of Sales & Advisor at nReach.io and is the Founder of Closed Won Revenue, both roles initiated in 2024. Additionally, Ellen acts as an Advisor at Commsor since April 2024. From September 2022 to June 2024, Ellen held the position of VP of Sales at FreeWill, where significant improvements in revenue and sales team productivity were achieved, including a 36% year-over-year growth in 2023. Prior to FreeWill, Ellen contributed to HubSpot for nearly a decade, developing key sales enablement programs and managing various sales functions that enhanced team performance. Ellen's career also includes experience at Vodafone Global Enterprise, Verizon Wireless, and AT&T Mobility. Ellen earned a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University in 2006.
