Amanda Taylor possesses substantial experience in human resources and organizational development, having held various leadership roles across multiple companies. Most recently, Amanda served as Vice President of People, Culture and Organizational Development at Communitech from May 2022 to April 2023, after previously holding the position of Director of People, Culture and Ecosystem Talent. Prior to this, Amanda worked as People & Culture Manager at Powerhouse Controls Ltd from January 2019 to May 2022 and as Senior Human Resources Manager at Christian Horizons from April 2017 to January 2019. Amanda's earlier roles included Human Resources Generalist positions at CRS Contractors Rental Supply and Pathways to Independence. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies from Queen's University and a Post-Graduate Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from St. Lawrence College.
