Paul Thompson

Paul Thompson is an accomplished investor, advisor, and independent board member currently leading Paul Thompson Ltd. since September 2016, focusing on supporting founders and their teams in both personal and business success. With extensive experience at Sonova Group since January 2002, Paul has held multiple leadership roles including GVP Phonak Wholesale NA and GVP Corporate Development, as well as interim CFO. Paul's board member engagements include ProNavigator and P&P Optica since 2018, and Communitech as a Growth Coach in Strategy & Finance since 2017.
