Colleen Halbert, SPHR, currently serves as the HR Program Manager for Learning and Engagement at Communities Foundation of Texas since June 2019. With a diverse background in human resources and management, Colleen has also been a Franchise Owner at Jimmy John's since April 2008 and held the position of Office Manager at Hi-K Electrical Specialties from June 2000 to June 2019. Previous roles include Council Member for the City of Murphy, TX, Special Events and Publications Coordinator at Hope's Door New Beginning Center, Substitute Teacher at Garland Independent School District, Regional Human Resources Manager at Dura-Line, and Service Representative at ANNEXUS Personnel & Business Services. Colleen's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of North Texas, complemented by prior studies at Eastern Illinois University and Harper College.
