Michelle Des Roches has extensive experience in program management and quality improvement within the social services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Program Officer for Housing at Community Access since September 2014, Michelle previously held various leadership roles, including Director of Quality Improvement and Planning. Prior experience includes a tenure at the Mental Health Association of NYC as Assistant VP of Programs and Director of QI & Adult Services, along with positions at Project Renewal and Urban Pathways. In addition to social services, Michelle has maintained a freelance career as a violinist and violist since May 1982. Academic credentials include a Master of Social Work from Silberman School of Social Work, Hunter College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Smith College.
