Sarah Lilly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, real estate, and community service. As the Executive Director of the Lift Their Up Foundation since January 2022, Sarah has focused on providing low-interest microloans to disadvantaged women in developing countries, enhancing their financial independence. In addition to real estate as an Associate Broker at Five Star Lakeshore since 2012, Sarah has held various board positions, including with Grant Me Hope, the Community Foundation of the Holland/Zeeland Area, the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Holland, and previously as Board President of the Greater Ottawa County United Way. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Michigan State University and studies at Chulalongkorn University.

For over 50 years, we’ve supported our most financially vulnerable neighbors in meeting their basic needs while enhancing their abilities to effect positive change in their lives. Over the years, we’ve responded to community needs, particularly where it pertains to gaps in services or barriers to understanding and accessing support. We consider ourselves part service provider, part innovation hub: relying on the generosity of our community offers us the agility to adapt and innovate to provide services that align with the present need
