With a strong background in organizational leadership, Rumpsa previously held positions such as Director of Operations and Programs at Global Integrity, where oversight of a $2.7M budget supported governance efforts globally, and Team Leader at Nuru International, focusing on multiple sectors in Kenya. Rumpsa's earlier roles include Director of Aqua Clara Kenya, where a new water, sanitation, and hygiene program impacted over 18,000 households, and Planner and Contract Administrator for the City of Grand Rapids. Rumpsa holds an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from The George Washington University, alongside degrees from Grand Valley State University, the University of Cape Town, and Hope College.

Over the years, we’ve responded to community needs, particularly where it pertains to gaps in services or barriers to understanding and accessing support.
