Community Action Marin
Erin Hawkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and community health. Currently serving as Vice President of Programs at Community Action Marin since April 2023, Erin previously held leadership roles at Hanna Center, including Vice President and Director of the Hanna Institute, where efforts focused on trauma-informed care and innovative program development. Erin's experience also includes the role of Director of Community Health at Petaluma Health Care District, where management of the Community Health Department aligned with strategic objectives. Erin's earlier positions involved community outreach and development, teaching at UC Davis, and supporting fundraising efforts at Northern California Community Loan Fund. Educationally, Erin holds a Master of Science in Community Development from the University of California, Davis, and a degree in Development Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
